Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Case Picker

You will help the team ensure accurate and timely movement of freight through the warehouse, directly impacting on-time shipments and customer satisfaction. You will work onsite on the 1st shift at the Carson, CA warehouse and collaborate with cross-functional warehouse teams, supervisors, and logistics coordinators to meet KPIs and maintain SOPs.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive, offload, and load vehicles and containers; check paperwork and report discrepancies or damages
• Operate warehouse equipment including stand-up/sit-down forklifts and riding pallet jacks
• Pick, pack, palletize, stretch-wrap, and label outbound loads; prepare ULDs and sign off Bills of Lading
• Stage and organize cargo in the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records using site-specific WMS or booking sheets
• Execute customer-specific SOPs, perform weekly bond checks, and follow DFT and bonded freight procedures as required
• Maintain housekeeping standards and support process improvement and efficiency efforts
• Assist with training new staff and help develop/update SOPs

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 6 months of prior warehouse operations experience (site-specific experience noted)
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours/days as required by the site

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, shipping manifests, delivery orders
• Ability to speak Spanish

Pay Range

$20.63/hour
