Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate - Receiver - Sit Down Clamp Operator

You will help the team receive, process, and stage inbound and outbound freight to keep warehouse operations running smoothly. This role impacts customer shipments and internal supply flow by executing receiving, loading, and inventory tasks onsite on the 1st shift.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Receive goods: offload/load vehicles, check paperwork, weigh/measure shipments, and report discrepancies or damages
• Operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) and hand jacks to move and palletize cargo
• Prepare outbound loads: match paperwork, label freight, and prepare ULDs
• Sign off Bills of Lading accurately and verify counts/damages
• Stage cargo safely and maintain warehouse organization using booking-in sheets or a Warehouse Management System
• Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Execute quality expectations per SOPs and assist with rework or recouping freight as required
• Support inventory tasks such as picking, packing, and stock checks according to client-specific SOPs
• Assist in training new staff and recommend process improvements

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• At least 18 years old
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand/walk long periods, frequently bend/twist/reach, and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum 6 months of previous warehouse operations experience (site-specific experience preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet site-established performance standards (KPIs)
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts

Here's What Else Might Help You Out

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous external warehouse or freight forwarder experience
• Familiarity with Bills of Lading, Shipping Manifests, Delivery Orders, and related documentation
• Ability to speak Spanish

Pay Range

$20.00/hour
