Become a Key Player as a Senior Warehouse Associate

You will operate as a sit-down clamp operator on 2nd shift to keep inbound, put-away, picking, and loading operations running smoothly. You will protect clamp-sensitive product, work closely with warehouse coordinators and material handlers, and operate onsite evenings (2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) with occasional overtime or Saturday coverage during peak volume.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Operate a sit-down propane clamp forklift for inbound, put-away, picking, and loading
• Move floor-stacked product to staging and maximize container space when loading
• Set clamp pressure appropriately for each product type to avoid crushing or dropping loads
• Use the WMS to scan and confirm pallet and location moves
• Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects
• Secure loads for transport and help maintain damage-free handling of clamp-sensitive freight

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Verifiable, recent clamp truck experience (standard fork experience alone does not qualify)
• Demonstrated track record of damage-free handling of clamp-sensitive product
• Proficiency operating a sit-down propane clamp forklift
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Must pass a written equipment assessment before start and a hands-on clamp certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite
• Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, and badge or key fob access at all times

Pay Range

$20.50/hour
