American HealthCare, LLC, the management company for Heritage Home Health, is seeking RN Home Health Visit Nurse to join our dynamic team in our start-up home health agency, located in Blacksburg, Virginia.
This is an exciting position that offers the opportunity to provide direct care upon the patient’s return home. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience, be well-organized and possess strong clinical skills. Knowledge of OASIS documentation and home health regulations, related to patient care, is also preferred.
We are seeking individuals with the following principal qualifications:- Associate's degree in Nursing (minimum), RN preferred
- Valid RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Minimum 1 year home health nursing experience is preferred
- Valid driver's license and one year clean driving record
- Excellent documentation & communication skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Successful clearance of a background check
