We’re hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for a short‑term contract at a busy industrial plant in Clarksville. This role is perfect for someone who knows their way around tools, can follow direction, and isn’t afraid of long days on their feet.

What You’ll Do

• Assist plant maintenance personnel with daily tasks

• Perform hands‑on mechanical work such as:

  • Draining oil from gearboxes

  • Removing flanges to drain liquids

  • General mechanical support throughout the facility

• Work in a fast‑moving environment with extensive walking, standing, and physical activity

What You Need

• Minimum 3 years industrial or mechanical maintenance experience

• Ability to “turn a wrench” confidently — strong mechanical aptitude required

• No welding required

• Dependable work ethic — must be able to stay engaged during long shifts

• Willingness to work 10–12 hours per day, including Saturday

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely around plant equipment

Pay & Schedule

• $22–$28/hr, depending on experience

• $175/day per diem

• 2‑week contract, full‑time hours

• Long shifts with significant walking and standing
