Engagement Overview

Hueman People Solutions is implementing Workable Premier as the system of record for a recruitment process outsourcing program supporting a Hueman client, a national healthcare organization providing value-based, in-home care to patients with chronic conditions across more than 30 states. The client has confirmed that UKG integration is the single required integration and that reporting is a top priority for executive and board-level visibility.

This contractor owns both the integration layer and the reporting layer. The integration work covers bidirectional data flow between Workable and UKG for requisition sync and new hire handoff at the offer stage, plus single sign-on, job board connections, and any background or credentialing provider handoff confirmed during the assessment. The reporting work covers a dashboard layer built over Workable native reporting and scheduled exports, sufficient to support board-grade reporting on time-to-fill, source performance, and pipeline health.

Scope of Work and Deliverables

Integration inventory and cost validation. During Phase 1, document required connections, confirm available integration methods and licensing requirements, and contribute integration cost inputs to the total cost of ownership analysis.

UKG integration build. Configure and test bidirectional data flow, including requisition sync, offer-stage handoff, and automated new hire data transmission for day-one payroll and benefits setup. Document field mapping and error handling.

Single sign-on and access. Configure SSO and role-based permission provisioning aligned to the RPO account architecture.

Job board and third-party connections. Configure job board distribution connections and any confirmed background or credentialing provider handoff, assessment, or scheduling integrations.

Reporting architecture. Design and build the reporting layer, including native report configuration, scheduled exports, and a business intelligence view where native reporting is insufficient.

Dashboard package. Deliver executive and operational dashboards covering time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source performance and attribution, funnel conversion, and pipeline health by role family and geography.

Integration testing and documentation. Execute integration test scripts, support user acceptance testing, resolve defects, and deliver technical documentation sufficient for ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

Five or more years in HRIS, HR technology integration, or people analytics roles, including at least two integration builds between an ATS and a core HCM or payroll system.

Direct hands-on experience integrating with UKG, whether UKG Pro or UKG Ready, including familiarity with its integration methods and data structures.

Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, flat-file and SFTP integration patterns, field mapping, and error handling and reconciliation design.

Demonstrated experience building recruiting or talent acquisition dashboards, with command of standard talent acquisition metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and funnel conversion.

Proficiency in at least one business intelligence or visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and strong Excel data modeling skills.

Experience configuring single sign-on and role-based access provisioning.

Ability to work independently against defined deliverables and acceptance criteria with limited day-to-day direction.

Established business entity or sole proprietorship with the ability to invoice.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Workable integration or API experience.

Experience with integration middleware platforms such as Workato, Boomi, or Merge.

Healthcare workforce data experience, including HIPAA-aware data handling practices.

Experience supporting board-level or investor-level workforce reporting.

Contractor Terms

This is an independent contractor engagement. The contractor is not an employee of Hueman People Solutions and is not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, or unemployment or workers compensation coverage through Hueman.

The contractor determines the means, methods, sequence, and schedule of the work, subject only to the deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestone dates set out in the statement of work.

The contractor supplies their own equipment, software, and workspace, except where client system access must be provisioned by the client organization.

Compensation is paid against invoices submitted per the statement of work. A Form W-9 is required before the first payment and a Form 1099-NEC will be issued.

The contractor is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, including self-employment tax.

The engagement has a defined end date. It does not create an expectation of continued or renewed work, and the contractor is free to perform services for other clients during the term, subject to the confidentiality and conflict provisions of the agreement.

Execution of a confidentiality agreement and a business associate agreement is required prior to system access. All integration and reporting work product, including scripts, mappings, and dashboard definitions, is delivered as a work made for hire to Hueman People Solutions.
