General Job Description: Follow policies and procedures, including all Aunt Millie’s Food Safety and HACCP procedures which are critical to product safety, legality, and quality. We work 10 hour shifts 8:00am-6:00pm 4 days per week!  Pay is $20.51 an hour paid weekly!
Duties:

• Complete daily work card assignments.
• Help production keep their lines running as needed
• On down days complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Receive ingredients following receiving procedures as needed.
• Properly lock out / tag out any applicable equipment before cleaning.
• Empty all trash cans and dumpsters when they become full and \ or at the end of assigned shift
• Any and all duties deemed necessary by supervision.
• Conduct weekly inventory. (Receiver)
• Inform management of any unsafe or out of spec materials immediately.

The above duties are to be performed during normal bakery operations. All employees must follow established GMP’s and written and spoken safety rules at all times. Any concerns should be directed to a supervisor immediately.
