We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our facility. This role oversees daily maintenance activities, coordinates repairs, manages preventive maintenance programs, and ensures compliance with safety standards.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
· Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians.
· Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
· Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure timely repairs.
· Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, and inventory.
· Support maintenance vendors with routine visits
· Perform cycle counts of maintenance spare parts.
· Ensure accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used through CMMS system
· Collaborate with operations and management to minimize downtime.
· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
· Keep up to date with equipment manuals, procedures, and training materials, as required.
· Manage maintenance budgets, tools, and spare parts inventory.
· Recommend improvements to processes, equipment, and systems.
Education and Experience
· Associate's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
· 3+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
· Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
· Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with CMMS(Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to work outside of regular hours, as necessary, and work overtime or emergency call-ins as required.
