What You’ll Do:

Provide whole-house plumbing diagnostics & solutions on every call
Diagnose plumbing systems and customer needs to offer customized solutions
Present 6 relevant solutions for every customer
Offer affordable monthly payment options for all services
Ensure every job is fully completed with no loose ends
Maintain a 4.9-star rating on Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms
Keep truck stocked and organized to stay ready for every job
Help foster a positive, high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Minimum 18 months of plumbing experience
🔹 Expertise in drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, and water systems
🔹 Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
🔹 Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
🔹 Strong time management and communication skills
🔹 A team player who takes pride in their work

🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
