Position Overview

The Clinical Scheduler will coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for our providers, ensuring adequate coverage for inpatient, outpatient, telehealth, and residential treatment settings. This position works closely with clinical leadership, medical providers, partner facilities, and internal departments to support smooth operations and timely patient care. This is an in person position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain schedules for multiple psychiatric and medical providers.
• Coordinate coverage for on site, telehealth, and hybrid service lines.
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and coverage needs to leadership and providers.
• Track time off requests, schedule gaps, and provider availability.
• Work with partner facilities to confirm clinic days, rounding schedules, and on call rotations.
• Ensure schedules align with contractual requirements and clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting needs for leadership.
• Assist with onboarding new providers and integrating them into schedule workflows.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all scheduling related questions.

Qualifications

• Previous provider scheduling experience is required.
• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, or medical scheduling is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage urgent requests.
• Comfortable working in a fast moving, high growth healthcare environment.
• Proficient in scheduling platforms, EMRs, and general administrative technology.
