Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Support Specialist to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for patients reaching out with questions about our implants. They will provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls, placing outbound follow-up calls to prospective patients, and supporting the rollout of our new patient-facing platform. Duties and responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming patient phone calls and inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our orthopedic implants
- Place outbound calls to patients who have expressed interest in our products, offering information, answering questions, and supporting the decision-making process.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate any patient concerns or issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Help refine patient communication processes based on feedback and observed trends.
- Ensure all communications are handled in a HIPAA-compliant and compassionate manner.
Qualifications and experience

- Confident using phone systems, CRMs, and other digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Pay Range
- $45,000.00 Annually to $55,000.00 Annually
