What You’ll Do

You’ll work on a fast-moving assembly line in a cold environment (40 degrees) and support production by:

• Loading materials onto the line

• Gluing boxes and preparing packaging

• Pushing products down the line

• Stacking finished pallets

• Following direction from leadership

• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

This role requires standing for the entire shift and adapting to different tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Be able to move up to 10 lbs

• Have reliable transportation to and from work

• Work well with others and follow leadership direction

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Wear steel‑toe footwear

• Wear required PPE such as safety glasses

• Tolerate cold temperatures (40 degrees) for 8–10 hours

• Be able to work overtime

• Be available for weekends
