Position Summary
Responsible for timely and accurate entry and maintenance of assigned groups. Including but not limited to enrollment and eligibility maintenance, posting contributions and elections, monthly contribution reconciliation. Serve as primary contact for group administrators and aid with administering the Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Accounts, Commuter Expense Reimbursement Accounts, and Health Savings Accounts. This is a FT WFH role. Pay Range
$18.39 - $20.58 hourly, DOE.
*Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range

Required Skills, Experience, & Education:- High school education or equivalent.
- 1-2 years in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Knowledge of Flexible Spending Accounts preferred.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office application.
- Type a minimum of 40 wpm and 10-key proficiency of 130 spm on a computer numeric keypad.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated business composition and grammar skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, decision making, organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure work with frequent interruptions and shifting priorities.
- Ability to handle customer concerns, both in person and on the telephone in a professional manner.
- Basic Accounting knowledge of debits and credits.
- Ability to meet corporate attendance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
Primary Functions:- Primary contact and responsibility for assigned accounts. Answer questions and respond to the group HR Representatives in a professional manner.
- Maintains all aspects of individual member accounts for specific groups including but not limited to enrollment, eligibility determination, elections, set-up, delinquencies, and terminations.
- Responsible for posting payroll contributions for assigned groups and generating Election Reconciliations for assigned groups.
- Generate and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for assigned groups.
- Reconcile monthly reports for groups, detailing claim payments and contributions, risks to employer and BHS.
- Responsible for reviewing and reconciling imported group data for eligibility and payroll elections.
- Continues education and training through attendance at FSA/CERA seminars as required by supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions & Contact with Others:- Office environment with extensive close PC and keyboard use, constant sitting, and frequent phone communication. Must be able to navigate multiple computer screens. A reliable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection required to support remote or hybrid work. Must be comfortable being on camera for virtual training and meetings. Work in excess of standard workweek, including evenings and occasional weekends, to meet business need.
- Internally with Accounting and Sales and Service. Externally with employer group representatives, marketing staff, and agents/brokers.
