Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to schedule appointments, generate leads, and qualify prospects
• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Present products and services clearly and professionally to potential clients
• Follow up on leads to drive engagement and conversion
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

Requirements

• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• REQUIRED: Windows-based computer/laptop and reliable high-speed internet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and customer interactions
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation skills
• Basic technical proficiency (phone systems, CRM tools, internet navigation)
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain products confidently
