Lead technical architecture and engineering activities for Refuge Results.  

Analyze complex requirements and develop technical solutions and system architectures.  

Define application, integration, data, cloud, and infrastructure architecture.  

Lead technical design reviews and resolve complex technical issues.  

Provide technical direction across application development, integration, and operations.  

Support API, data-service, CI/CD, cloud, monitoring, and deployment architecture.  

Ensure solutions address security, accessibility, performance, scalability, and maintainability.  

Support technical coordination with Government technical stakeholders.  

Bachelor's degree.  

10+ years of related experience.  

Enterprise systems engineering or solution architecture experience.  

Experience designing complex application and integration architectures.  

Experience with cloud environments and DevOps/CI/CD practices.  

Experience with APIs, system interfaces, data flows, and enterprise applications.  

Experience providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams.  

Experience supporting Federal cybersecurity, privacy, and accessibility requirements.  

Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
