Description

Lawrence Group is a place for dreamers.

That’s a quality we look for in our clients – and in our employees. These dreams – these ideas – inspire us. They move us forward. From the very beginning, we’ve built our culture to encourage this kind of thinking. We’ve never been about ego or hierarchy. And our approach is not about raw beauty or creativity. It’s about finding new ways to bring people together. Helping our clients make what they do more relevant, more impactful, and above all, more meaningful, for all.

Lawrence Group is a building design, development, and project delivery firm headquartered in St. Louis with offices in Austin, Florida and New York. With 170+ employees, Lawrence Group offers architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, furniture procurement, and graphic design services to a wide variety of clients, including housing, hospitality, healthcare, academic, and retail.

This position will adhere to Lawrence Group’s core values:

·       Legendary: We strive to be legendary, from the service we provide to our impact on the community.

·       Innovation: We’re driven by ideas and creativity. We take calculated risks and embrace opportunities.

·       Heart: We lead with heart. We celebrate, appreciate and care for each other.

·       Trust: We rely on trust to pursue excellence. We speak honestly, act transparently and honor our commitments.

We’re seeking a curious, high-energy Talent Development Generalist to join our cross-functional enterprise, comprised of New + Found, Lawrence Group, and Integrate Construction—a collaborative consortium specializing in real estate development, architecture, and construction.

In this role, you’ll power the technical engine of our Talent Development department: sourcing and recruiting through LinkedIn (with a focus on AEC), driving AI automation, running learning and development systems, and turning talent data into insight while helping build a culture that keeps people engaged. Learning & Development Systems

·       Support onboarding, technical, and professional development content, using AI to accelerate creation, and promote continuous learning.

·       Partner with business unit leaders to identify skill gaps and translate them into development offerings, evaluating results with data and feedback.

Talent Analytics

·       Build dashboards and reports on recruiting, onboarding, learning, engagement, and retention across all three business units.

·       Analyze talent data to identify trends and risks, and bring actionable recommendations to leadership.

·       Use AI and automation to streamline data collection and reporting while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

People & Culture

·       Support culture, engagement, and belonging initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and Business Resource Groups.

·       Administer engagement surveys, pulse checks, and stay and exit interviews, and summarize themes for leadership.

·       Support new hire onboarding and orientation, and reinforce the enterprise’s core values in day-to-day partnership with employees and managers.

·       Serve as an approachable resource on people questions, escalating employee relations matters.
