Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description: The Project Coordinator supports the Scrum Master and a software development team of 8-12 developers ensuring that all project administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered and in a timely manner. You are responsible of data entry and documentation to support a high quality of service delivery on projects and effective support of the operational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
3-7 years previous experience as a Project Coordinator preferably in the High-Tech industry
Expert user in Excel, i.e. V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot Tables
Fast typist, 60-100wpm
Accurately compile and completes reports, statistical data, charts, graphs, tables and surveys
Effectively composes, transcribes and edits confidential correspondence, forms and payment requests in accordance with established policies and procedures
Previous experience with project related billing, invoicing, AR/AP is preferred
