Career Evolutions is looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst for a global, fast-growing, privately held high-tech company headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ. You will be part of a small, fast-growing team where you will report directly to the Director of Logistics. Annual salary is up to $75,000 + bonus.
Job Title: Logistics Analyst
Job Description: As the Logistics Analyst you will continuously assure that logistics service transactions are reliable, accurate, properly allocated and optimally funded. You will assist management and provide analytical support for various transportation projects. You will also coordinate with the IT Development group to ensure technical issues and problems are being identified, addressed, and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
4-7 years of previous experience in the transportation industry
Excellent knowledge of principles, methods and best practices used in the global transportation industry
RFQ, simulations, Self-Invoicing and carrier compliance
Word, Excel, SQL, mathematics, finance/accounting principles
Data analysis, evaluate results, determine best solution, solve problems
