Career Evolutions is looking for an E-Learning Consultant for a fast-growing property management company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. It’s a contract position with a compensation up to $65/hr.
Job Title: E-Learning Consultant
Job Description: You will be responsible to design and develop engaging e-Learning solutions. Your primarily focus will be on creating the project flow and designing templates for questions for a Performance Module in a Learning Management Systems/Knowledge Management System. You will be expected to partner and consult with business partners, experts, and leaders throughout the organization to identify training needs, propose innovative solutions, and deliver results while meeting deadlines. You will be stepping in initially to set the stage of the project and then work on an ad-hoc basis to support and facilitate the process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
5-7 years of experience in e-Learning technologies
Analytical, innovative, creative thinker who is comfortable researching, testing and deploying new solutions, technologies, systems and processes
Strong judgment and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced team environment while seeking input from others
A proven ability to manage projects from creation through deployment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
