Position responsible for oversight of all facility operations including staff management, expense management, patient management and physician interaction. Facility administrator reports to the vice president of operations. They are to coordinate activities with corporate departments such as but not limited to accounting, billing and marketing. Duties include audit control, efficiency of facility operations, training of personnel and insure facility operations according guidelines provided by corporate offices.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient served.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelors degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 5 years management experience in an healthcare environment
- Computer literate.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Demonstrates commitment to the Behavioral Expectations in all interactions and in performing all job duties. Performs duties in a manner to promote quality patient care and customer service/satisfaction, while promoting safety, cost efficiency, and a commitment to the CQI process.
2. Supervises all facility staff functions to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines/regulations.
3. Create and maintain physician relationships.
4. Ensure facility is well maintained and orderly.
5. Ensures safe care to patients adhering to policies, procedures, and standards, within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy of practice.
6. Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
7.
