Manager, Production Talent & Engagement
Location: Full-time, On-site (Delaware County Area)
Reports To: CEO
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Our client is seeking a highly motivated, people-focused Manager, Production Talent & Engagement to lead and manage production operations. This key leadership role will oversee multiple departments and collaborate closely with Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Develop People
- Coach, mentor, and inspire supervisors and team members to reach their full potential.
- Create a culture of open feedback and empowerment.
- Recognize achievements and celebrate successes through a reward program.
- Ensure employees receive meaningful performance reviews and growth opportunities.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Facilitate daily production huddles to energize the team and align on priorities.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify and solve operational challenges.
- Work with the Production Scheduler to optimize efficiency across departments.
- Champion lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster Safety & Quality
- Lead the pursuit of a "zero injuries" culture, ensuring safety is a shared responsibility.
- Maintain consistent quality standards across all production departments.
- Partner with maintenance to ensure equipment runs at peak performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment reflecting a commitment to excellence.
Build Communication Bridges
- Keep leadership informed on key metrics, challenges, and wins.
- Break down silos between departments to improve workflow and collaboration.
- Lead the transition from paper-based to digital systems.
- Represent the production team's needs and perspectives to the wider organization.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a production environment.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities for both technical and people challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
