Here's how you'll become a key player with this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adobe Analytics Specialist to support the analytics needs of our Workday Community platform. This contract role will be crucial in ensuring accurate data collection, insightful reporting, and seamless integration within the Adobe Experience Cloud. A key responsibility will be supporting the migration of our current Adobe Analytics account to our corporate Adobe IMS organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Data Collection, and have a proven track record of successful implementations and migrations.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Adobe Analytics Implementation & Management:
    • Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics tags and tracking for the Workday Community platform.
    • Configure and manage report suites, calculated metrics, segments, dashboards, and other analytics components.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve data collection and reporting issues.
    • Administer user access and permissions within Adobe Analytics.
  • Adobe Data Collection (Launch) Management:
    • Develop, implement, and maintain data layer specifications.
    • Configure and manage Adobe Launch rules, data elements, and extensions.
    • Ensure proper tag firing and data flow.
  • IMS Organization Migration:
    • Assessment and Planning:
      • Help define the scope of the Adobe Analytics migration to the corporate IMS organization.
      • Support stakeholder engagement (analytics team members, business users) to gather requirements and address concerns.
      • Conduct a comprehensive inventory and audit of existing Adobe Analytics assets.
    • Preparation:
      • Perform data backups of all report suites, dashboards, calculated metrics, segments, etc.
      • Document and plan for access and permission setups in the new IMS org.
    • Configuration in New IMS Org:
      • Configure the new IMS organization with necessary settings.
      • Recreate report suites, calculated metrics, segments, and dashboards in the new IMS org, utilizing Adobe Analytics APIs or manual processes as needed.
    • Data Migration:
      • Determine and execute the strategy for migrating historical data, understanding the limitations of direct IMS org data migration.
    • User Management:
      • Create and manage user accounts with appropriate roles and permissions in the new IMS org.
      • Provide training and support to users on the new environment.
    • Testing and Validation:
      • Conduct thorough functional testing to ensure accurate data flow and configurations.
      • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users.
    • Go-Live and Monitoring:
      • Develop and execute a detailed cutover plan.
      • Closely monitor the system post-migration to address any issues.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, program managers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
    • Provide clear and concise documentation of analytics implementations and configurations.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, including report suites, metrics, segments, and dashboards
