With increasing demand, the sales team is expanding—and looking for a driven Inside Sales Engineer to help fuel continued growth.
What You’ll Do:

Own and manage the full inside sales cycle—from initial inquiry to deal close and handoff

Qualify inbound leads, conduct follow-up outreach, and manage email and call campaigns

Research accounts, identify key contacts, and generate new business through targeted outbound efforts

Conduct online product demonstrations and coordinate with field sales for advanced demos and site visits

Understand customer technical requirements and match them with tailored product solutions

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and emerging use cases

Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs with compelling written and verbal responses

Maintain accurate customer data and pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM
-
Track sales metrics, prepare quotations, and support monthly/quarterly quota achievement

Act quickly and professionally to resolve customer questions and ensure satisfaction

Assist with preparation for virtual and in-person events, tradeshows, and presentations

Support lead generation and campaign execution in partnership with marketing and channel teams

Help build and refine sales playbooks, demo assets, and prospecting workflows
What You Bring:
-
5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, technical inside sales, or B2B solution selling
-
BS in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Strong understanding of industrial, manufacturing, or materials-processing technology

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and move prospects through the funnel

Comfortable navigating both technical and business conversations with decision-makers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and CRM activity

Proficiency with Salesforce and productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
