Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and providing exceptional customer service
Leverage strong sales, marketing, and social media skills to generate leads, schedule property tours, and convert prospects into signed leases
Maintain a thorough understanding of the community's amenities, floor plans, and pricing to effectively match prospective residents with the right living options
Collaborate with the property management team to stay up-to-date on unit availability, promotions, and other community updates
Work a flexible schedule, including 3-4 weekends per month
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
Minimum of 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or high-end retail sales, with a proven track record of success
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Proficient in utilizing social media and other digital marketing tools to reach and engage with prospective residents
Preferred: College degree in a related field
