What You'll Do:
Lead Yardi system support initiatives across our multifamily portfolio
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for team members at all levels
Provide expert troubleshooting and technical guidance to ensure optimal system performance
Travel to various properties to implement systems and conduct on-site training
Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve operational efficiency
