What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor our maintenance team in delivering exceptional service
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs for our luxury property
• Respond to resident requests with professionalism and technical expertise
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets

What You'll Need:

• EPA and CPO Certifications (required)
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in apartment maintenance
• Experience with Class AA, Midrise or Highrise properties
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
