Job Title: Clinical Supervisor
Department: Detox and Residential Services
Schedule: Full-time | Exempt | Reports to Clinical Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our clinical team in providing high-quality care to clients in our detox and residential programs. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support clinical counselors and staff.

• Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and agency guidelines.

• Provide clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and support with client admissions/discharges.

• Lead or assist with group and individual client sessions as needed.

• Coordinate care with other departments to ensure person-centered services.

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement efforts.

• Offer clinical supervision to interns and staff.

• Respond to emergencies and complete incident reporting.

• May assist with medication administration and drug screenings (training provided).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field (required).

• LCAS REQUIRED

• LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT (preferred).

• Supervisory experience in a clinical or residential setting (preferred).

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Valid NC or SC Driver’s License.
