Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00PM-4:00 PM-depending on work load
• Monday–Thursday: 10-hour shift (paid for 9.5 hours)
• 1-hour lunch (30 minutes paid)

Overview:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer of horizontal pavement markings used on roads, trails, airfields, and pedestrian pathways. Known internationally for quality and ease of application, they are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who values precision, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Note: Reliable personal transportation is required, as the site is not accessible by public transit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving pavement markings from the Waterjet operator and hand drying them.
• The freshly made markers need to be hand dried after the cutting process in order to be prepped for packing.
• Each item and material may vary so the drying process will vary and attention to detail on how to handle each piece is crucial.
• The job is a jog not a sprint as everything should be done with safety and quality in mind.
• Maintain a clean workspace as you are empowered to stop your main task at any moment to sweep any debris on the floor that will accumulate during the drying and packing process.
• You may also be responsible for stacking freshly made pavement markers in preparation for packing or palletizing.
• Attention to detail is critical—improper stacking or storage can lead to product damage and unusable materials.

Qualifications:

• Consistent, on-time attendance is essential.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and frequently lift to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and adapt to new tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
