🛠 What You’ll Do:

As Director of Emergency Services, you’ll lead a dedicated team in our Emergency Department and RCAS unit. Key responsibilities include:

• 📅 Managing staff scheduling and payroll

• 🤝 Leading, coaching, and mentoring your team

• 💰 Overseeing departmental budgets

• 🧑‍⚕️ Collaborating with physicians and supervising RCAS volunteers

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• ⏳ 5+ years of ED experience

• 🧭 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

• 🎓 ASN or BSN (BSN preferred)

• 🪪 Active Montana RN license
