🛠 What You’ll Do:

As Director of Nursing for the Extended Care Facility, you’ll provide oversight and leadership for the nursing department while ensuring the highest level of resident care. Responsibilities include:

• 🧑‍⚕️ Monitoring care delivery and compliance through routine competency checks

• ✅ Ensuring operations meet all federal, state, and local regulations

• 💰 Managing departmental budget and resources efficiently

• 🩺 Overseeing equipment needs, staff development, and quality improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 🩻 5+ years of clinical experience in a nursing home setting

• 👩‍⚕️ Knowledge of nursing processes, leadership, and regulatory standards

• 📋 Experience in nursing home management preferred

• 🎓 Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree)

• 🪪 Montana RN license (or compact state) – may obtain within 12 months
