Industrial Air Flow Dynamics has partnered with Hueman to find a talented Sales Administration Manager to join their team in Woodlands, Texas. This is a full-time position, on-site in Woodlands, Texas. 

IAFD is the leading provider of replacement expansion joint systems, penetration seal systems, and HRSG duct/liner replacement systems sold to power plants. We provide our power plant and utility customers with a turn-key solution driven by our engineering expertise. Our engineering team diagnoses the root cause of the problem, improving the OEM design, our manufacturing team builds quality products, and our field services team completes the turn-key process with the on-site installation. The Sales Admin Team Leader job will be pivotal in managing the team supporting our quote creation process. This role requires attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills. This individual will report directly to the Senior Revenue Manager with exposure to multiple operating groups throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

•  Manage a group of 4 (and growing) tenured individuals - 1 Sr Project Administrator, 3 Administrators
• Utilizing the team, this role will have two key responsibilities:
• Overseeing and facilitating the quote creation process
• Manage the creation of thermal inspection reports
• Assist in developing relevant internal KPI’s goals and track results.
• Utilize KPI’s to measure team collective and individual performance.
• Identify and address pinch points/problem areas within the quote creation process
• Function as the key contact point for collecting input from multiple internal groups who play a role in quote creation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the creation of a quote.
• Track data and manage multiple databases on the status of quotes within the system

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred, although experience beats a degree.
• Proven experience, must have
• Managing small teams
• Quote creation (involving some level of customization)
• Developing standard operating procedures
• Interfacing with multiple departments to complete tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships and managing teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
