Location – Kansas City-In Office M-Th, Home Fridays
Salary - $45,000 + Commission
Travel Required – No
Classification – Non-Exempt

Role Description
The Sales Development Associate is charged with generating and producing leads by prospecting and marketing initiatives.You are a team player with problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative sales team of hardworking individuals to generate new revenue and relationship building.
• Initiate CXM lead-generating activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Establish and develop relationships on behalf of AutoAlert with prospects
• Document information and lead-generating activities and/or accounts within the company’s CRM (Salesforce)
• Achieve key performance metrics and goals
• Work with your team to identify and share best practices for lead generation• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer-facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department.
