SUMMARY: Act as support to the contracting team by maximizing processes and handling day-to-day tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage workflow & implementation of Proposals for the Sales Team
• Lead the creation and revision of Contracts for the Sales Team
• Create & maintain customer Contract Work Types
• Initiate contractual annual increases as warranted
• Keep system & hard copy Contract files up to date with all documentation.
• Maintain system global accounts and contacts as needed
• HealthTrust Purchasing Group accounts maintenance and Contract communication
• Assist with Product Set up as needed
• Performs other office related duties as assigned by management.
