Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Virginia Beach. As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and driving sustainable growth while ensuring fiscal responsibility across all operations.

What You'll Do

Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's short and long-term objectives
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings
Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
Direct treasury functions including cash management, investment strategies, and capital structure
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior financial role
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business decisions
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for a growing organization
Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to diverse audiences
Experience with financial systems implementation and optimization
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and accounting principles
