Hours: 40 Hours / week
Responsibilities
- Design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefits programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve any issues that arise.
- Analyze benefits trends and program effectiveness, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to budget for and forecast benefits program costs accurately.
- Coordinate open enrollment processes and communicate benefits information to employees effectively.
- Research and evaluate new benefits options and vendors to enhance our offerings and maintain competitiveness in the market.

- Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration or HR.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations, including ERISA, FMLA, and ACA.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess program effectiveness and compliance.
• Proficient in benefits management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
