Marketing Coordinator – Full-Time in San Antonio, TX
Hueman direct hire is seeking a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator for our San Antonio facility in San Antonio, TX. Join a global Primary Healthcare organization expanding across the United States. The Marketing Coordinator is the point of contact and liaison between the company, Insurance Companies, and Marketing Vendor(s) to coordinate and support marketing initiatives pertaining to the company branding, events, and other marketing activities that drive growth. This role participates in the organizational efforts to evolve the market growth strategy and business model.
The Marketing Coordinator works closely with strategic areas of the organization as well as with Market Leads and Business Development Managers to establish on-going market specific B2B and patient growth campaigns, communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and KPIs supporting reports on results for the leadership team.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
· Coordinates and plans marketing events, webinars, community events and identifies assembling requirements in conjunction with payor partners, or third-party vendors.
· Works with Market Leads and Business Development Managers, ensuring vision and resources align with the goals of the Director of Marketing and CGO.
· Receiving, tracking and delegating marketing requests to marketing partners.
· Knows and understands the Business Model to promote its brand in different marketing and community events.
· Point of contact with Florida and CGAs to coordinate Virtual and in-person tours, field events and distribution of collateral material. Works with medical center staff to support these events.
· Maintains an inventory of marketing materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
· Ensures that medical centers and corporate areas use the correct logos and branding.
· Assists the leadership team in miscellaneous projects such as grand opening events or projects that require coordination and organization locally.
· Manages marketing supplies and requests quotes from different vendors to ensure cost effectiveness.
· Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with our Marketing Vendor(s).
· Gathers and monitors periodically and communicates promptly all the services available in the locations to ensure the correct information is reflected on the website.
· Assists in the development and implementation of different projects that would require marketing or branding information.
· Able to commute to different sites and travel to other regions and/or states when needed. May work during weekends.
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· High School Graduate or equivalent.
· 1 year or more years of experience with events coordination, project management or marketing related duties.
· 1 year of experience in a medical setting is preferred.
· Basic Computer skills – PowerPoint, Adobe, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and/or G Suite.
· Customer Service skills and training.
· Public Speaking skills.
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
· Copywriting skills to support tactical implementation in print and social media channels.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and a dynamic environment – adapts to changes and adheres to policies and procedures.
· Demonstrates effective communication skills with staff members, vendors, community members and others.
· Possesses the ability to interpret, adapt and react calmly under stressful conditions.
· Demonstrates a positive attitude in dealing effectively with multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
· Demonstrates a positive attitude in dealing effectively with various and diverse groups and different department areas.
· Demonstrates knowledge as it relates to age-specific consumer population.
· Must be able to maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
· Must be able to follow policies and procedures and awork-flexible schedules and locations.
