Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:

• Capture and Curate KnowledgeCollect and maintain critical knowledge from subject matter experts, documents, and systems.
  
• Organize and Classify InformationDevelop taxonomies, tagging, and structures to make information easy to find and use.
  
• Develop and Improve KM ProcessesDesign workflows and standards to integrate knowledge management into daily operations.
  
• Manage KM Tools and TechnologiesImplement and maintain knowledge bases and document libraries in platforms like SharePoint and LucidCharts
  
• Support Onboarding of New HiresHelp new employees quickly access essential knowledge, training, and resources for a smoother start.
  
• Provide Training and SupportEducate employees on using KM tools effectively and foster a culture of continuous knowledge sharing.
• Measure and Report on KM EffectivenessTrack usage, gather feedback, and report on the impact of knowledge management efforts.
  

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Knowledge Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong Organization & Information ManagementSkilled at structuring, tagging, and maintaining knowledge repositories.
• Proficiency with KM or Content ToolsExperience with platforms like SharePoint or similar.
• Excellent Written and Verbal CommunicationAble to create clear guides, processes, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Training & Onboarding SupportComfortable helping new hires and teams navigate knowledge resources.
• Collaboration & Relationship BuildingWorks well across teams to gather knowledge and encourage participation.
• Attention to DetailEnsures accuracy, consistency, and quality in content and systems.

Pay Range: 
$35.00 - $38.73/hour
