Business Risk Analyst

This position offers an opportunity to analyze business processes and risks to develop strategies for mitigating risks and improving operational efficiency within a financial institution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of BSA/AML experience
• Verafin experience preferred
• CAMS certification preferred
• Financial institution experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments utilizing established business analysis methodologies
2. Perform detailed data analysis using visualization tools including Excel and related platforms
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement appropriate risk frameworks
4. Identify and solve complex problems through critical analysis and strategic thinking
5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
