Role Description

At AutoAlert, the Implementation Project Manager is responsible for configuration of all product features purchased.  This position will work closely with Adoption Coaches to support the delivery timeline, follow-up for configuration information, and ensure quality delivery of all products and services. This position requires strong working knowledge of the AutoAlert platform suite to assist and support internal operations team members as well as the end-user to ensure the success of the onboarding development plan. 

You are a team player with strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be a part of a creative, diverse, collaborative team of hardworking individuals to increase brand favorability, customer engagement and advocacy, and revenue growth. 

·        Manage multiple projects throughout the full project timeline

·        Manage the configuration timeline and assess and report risks

·        Provide status reports on configuration and validation progress to key stakeholders

·        Perform data entry to complete product and feature configurations

·        Collaborate in a team environment and communicate clearly and consistently across all departments

·        Regularly participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement

·        Ensure all communication and progress is appropriately logged and documented in Salesforce

·        Assist internal operations members with troubleshooting customer issues during implementation

·        Other duties as assigned 

Your Experience and Impact

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred

·        Basic understanding of the automotive industry from the dealership/franchise perspective

·        Familiarity with automotive accounting systems including DMS, inventory providers, website vendors

·        Experience in customer service or support preferred

·        Ability to handle difficult clients (internal and external) with confidence and escalate issues appropriately

·        Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and work collaboratively with colleagues across departments

·        Proficiency in Salesforce

·        Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

 Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department
