Adobe's Global Marketing Organization (GMO) is seeking a Marketing Technologist (Data/Systems) to lead marketing technology, data systems, and workflow solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strategic program management to drive scalable solutions, optimize processes, and enhance collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, program management skills, and a passion for innovation.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Build and maintain data views in Power BI to monitor progress, KPIs, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvements.
- Workflow Optimization: Develop scalable workflow processes and automations using tools like Adobe
- Workfront and Fusion to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Technical Program Management: manage program scope, objectives, and success metrics, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to identify needs, define solution requirements, and drive consensus across channels.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant courses in database management and data analytics
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level implementations and post-implementation support for marketing systems.
- Proven ability to define and monitor KPIs aligned with program management (analytical acumen)
- Experience using Power BI, Fusion, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and REST APIs for data integration and automation.
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect and examine data to drive informed decision-making.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities with ability to communicate and articulate effectively
Pay Range:
$74.00 - $81.92/hour
