As our Agent Experience & Support Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our agent community, the trusted guide who transforms challenges into victories and questions into confidence. This isn't just customer service; it's agent empowerment at its finest.

What You'll Create

Be the Champion Agents Deserve Serve as the primary point of contact for all agent support channels with professionalism and genuine care. Your management of the ENRG phone line and organization of agent escalations ensures complex issues reach the right leadership quickly while transforming support challenges into opportunities to demonstrate ENRG's values.

Empower Through Education Guide agents through transactions, deal entry, and platform functionalities with patience and clarity that builds confidence. Create and deliver training videos and live sessions while sharing weekly support tips through The agent community platform that proactively address common questions and build agent capability.

Solve with Speed and Precision Handle password resets and platform access issues efficiently while troubleshooting commission inquiries, CDAs, and splits with meticulous attention to detail. Your management of ticketing systems and task assignments ensures nothing falls through the cracks while processing agent transitions with care and professionalism.

Drive Continuous Improvement Track support trends and identify opportunities to enhance the agent experience while updating and streamlining support processes. As a part of the Agent Success Team work to optimize onboarding processes and transform recurring issues into preventive solutions and training opportunities.

Support Strategic Growth Manage "Connect and Thrive" questions that come through support channels while contributing insights that inform agent training initiatives. Help identify gaps in agent knowledge and create resources to bridge them while serving as the frontline intelligence that helps leadership understand agent needs.

What Makes You Extraordinary

Your Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Real estate agent experience is essential. You understand the challenges agents face

  • 5+ years in support, customer service, training, or office management roles

  • Experience supporting professionals through complex processes and technology

  • Exceptional listening skills with deep empathy for agent challenges
