ABOUT THE POSITION
The Oracle Business Analyst - Q2C “Quote to Cash” is a critical role in implementing our global Oracle Cloud ERP solution. The position will work closely with other Q2C team members and business stakeholders in ensuring that there is a proper design and well executed implementation for all aspects of quote to cash business function.
The position will work closely with the Q2C owner, project management, subject matter experts, and technical team to design, build, test, and implement Astec’s new Oracle Cloud ERP system and Q2C functionality/processes. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and collaborating on cross-functional activities (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT) to deliver solutions that support business goals. The position will also ensure global design is adhered to both on the project and with production support.
Key Deliverables
· Configure Oracle Fusion ERP and keep configuration documentation up to date
· Configure Oracle CPQ and keep configuration documentation up to date
· Write design specs for reports and other system solutions
· Write process flows and instructions
· Write and execute test plans
· Enter Change Tickets
· Write training materials
Key Activities & Responsibilities
· Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, Shipping and CPQ
· Test the Oracle System and related processes
· Design and document systems solutions/specifications
· Design business processes
· Interpret business requirements and help the business prioritize
· Train users both one on one and more formally in larger groups
· Author functional specification documents
· Design reports and dashboard
· Coordinate activities with other team members and the business
· Collaborate on cross-functional activities
· Enter and manage Oracle service requests
· Provide 24 x 7 support during production cutover and go-live events
· Work with various vendors
To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:
• A BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent and/or combination of training and experience as deemed sufficient by management.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion experience specifically with Quoting, Ordering, Shipping, Pricing, and Order Orchestration
• 3+ years of experience with Pricing Configurations and Order Management Configurations (Service Mapping, Managing Algorithms)
• Proficient in Managing Pricing Strategies
• Experience with Groovy Scripting
• Has Oracle CPQ experience
• Proficient in tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI templates
• Has experience designing business processes.
• Has experience designing systems solutions.
• Experienced in developing and executing test plans.
• Experience coordinating project activities
• Flexible and adaptable in prioritizing workloads, coping with pressures, deadlines, and rapidly changing situations.
• Strong communication skills including presentation skills.
• Creative thinker, results-oriented, analytical mindset, and a focused problem-solver.
