As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team and support our custom machinery across the globe.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to technical expert, working directly with customers to install, test, troubleshoot, and optimize custom high-precision equipment. This role combines hands-on machine support with opportunities to collaborate on process development and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Install and commission new machines, including programming and acceptance testing

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems

• Provide technical training and support to customer teams

• Develop and test new equipment in-house before deployment

• Collaborate with customers to ensure our machines meet real-world application needs

• Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) — both domestic and international

• Cross-train and support operations between our Ramsey and Pennsauken locations

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical or service engineering role

• Mechanical or Electrical degree preferred

• Experience with CNC machines, controls, or automation is a strong plus

• Strong troubleshooting skills — both electrical and mechanical

• Comfortable working directly with customers in a production environment

• Working knowledge of motion control systems, automation platforms, and Windows OS

• Familiarity with ERP systems and documentation best practices
