Job Title: Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Conshohocken, PA (In-Office)
Job Type: Direct Hire or Temp-to-HireSalary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (35-hour work week)
A prominent plaintiff law firm with a national presence is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal with 2–4 years of relevant experience to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of an attorney, the paralegal will:

Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents, including pleadings, complaints, motions, affidavits, discovery requests and responses, and Bills of Particulars.

Organize and manage case files; index and summarize documents and deposition transcripts.

Communicate professionally with clients to obtain information, provide updates, and support case development.

Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.

Assist attorneys with trial preparation and other legal tasks as needed.

E-file court documents in state and federal courts.

Independently manage and track deadlines from case intake through resolution.
Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience in personal injury litigation, preferably in mass torts.

Demonstrated experience in drafting complaints, motions, discovery responses, affidavits, and Bills of Particulars.

Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and e-filing procedures.

Paralegal Certificate or Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies required.

Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Strong multitasking and time management skills; able to meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office-based team environment.
