Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Sourcing: Identify and source products domestically to meet client specifications at competitive prices.

• Quoting & Bidding: Prepare and send accurate quotes with a 24-hour turnaround goal.

• Order Processing: Place and track purchase orders, monitor freight shipments (air and sea), and ensure on-time delivery.

• Vendor Management: Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts.

• Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to clients and vendors via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in international trade, purchasing, or sales is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems preferred.
