Employee Relations Admin – Food Production, Brecksville

Agrana Fruit is the world market leader and leading ingredient supplier of fruit preparations in one of the fastest growing segments in the food industry. We specialize in the custom development of stabilized fruit preparations for the refrigerated & frozen dairy, bakery, and food service industries. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Relations Admin to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to start their HR career or current college seniors seeking part-time experience in a professional setting.

This role supports HR initiatives across four manufacturing sites and our Corporate headquarters, with a focus on payroll, benefits, training, compliance, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

·       Support HR projects, reporting, and analytics.

·       Help facilitate HR orientation and training sessions.

·       Support payroll and daily benefits administration

·       Provide general administrative support to the HR team and office operations.

Qualifications

·       Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (must be entering senior year) or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

·       Strong interest in Human Resources and employee relations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

·       Prior internship or work experience in HR or a related field is a plus.

·       Experience with HRIS systems a plus.

Position Details

• Current College Seniors: Part-time, hourly position. Flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments.
• Recent Graduates: Full-time, salaried position with benefits.
• Location: Onsite in Brecksville, Ohio.
