Reservation Coordinator – Part Time & Work from Home
The Reservation Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional booking experience for guests across the CRR Hospitality portfolio. This position is responsible for handling reservations, inquiries, group blocks, and cancellations in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner while maximizing revenue through accurate rate quoting and effective inventory management. The Reservation Coordinator collaborates closely with property leaders to ensure a seamless, guest-focused reservation process from inquiry through arrival.

Job Duties
- Answer incoming guest calls and assist with reservation booking.
- Follow established procedures to make, modify, cancel, or update reservations.
- Work with Rally groups and manage group reservations and group blocks.
- Monitor resort inventory to optimize site placement and maximize availability.
- Track daily arrivals and special requests to support smooth operations.
- Maximize vacation rental revenue through online booking channels.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, databases, filing systems, and group tracing.
- Provide professional telephone etiquette and guest service at all times.
- Assist guests with pre-arrival concierge needs and stay enhancements.
- Maintain strong knowledge of amenities and activities across all resorts.
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a reservations-focused role, ideally within outdoor hospitality, hotels, or tourism.
- Proficiency with reservation systems such as Campspot, K2, RMS, ResNexus, or similar platforms (Campspot or K2 experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
