Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and expertise to customers and internal teams regarding chemical products and processes.
  • Troubleshoot unresolved problems and process issues; conduct field and laboratory testing as needed.
  • Document results to ensure quality, support innovation, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, manage, and successfully close projects within defined budgets and schedules.
  • Serve as the central communication point between stakeholders and operations groups.
  • Build and strengthen relationships across the organization to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to define and implement new operational strategies and lead special projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge of chemistry with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project support or planning role.
  • Minimum 2 years of Oil & Gas industry experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
  • Demonstrated passion for driving quality within a project environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to build trust and credibility across all organizational levels.
  • High level of professionalism, energy, and urgency to “make things happen.”
  • Commitment to safety, including adherence to company-wide safety policies and proactive engagement in safe behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field).
