- Manage & Convert Leads – Follow up on incoming leads, close new accounts, and expand our customer base.
- Drive Referral Sales – Use satisfied customers and strategic partnerships to generate new business.
- Develop Brand Awareness – Utilize social media, SEO, QR codes, and marketing materials to increase visibility and recognition.
- Expand Community Engagement – Partner with local businesses, schools, sports leagues, HOAs, and community organizations to strengthen our presence.
- Create Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with home service companies to share leads and cross-promote services.
- Attend Key Industry Events – Represent our brand at HOA meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
- Implement Direct Marketing – Execute targeted campaigns including door-to-door, direct mailers, and digital marketing strategies.
- Think Creatively – Identify innovative ways to grow market share and become a dominant presence in your area.
