As a Quality Systems– Document Release, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that all products meet rigorous cGMP standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments will directly support the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality products.

- Salary Range: $44,000.00 - $55,000.00
- Bonus: Exempt employees are eligible for a bonus in accordance with Accupac’s Bonus Plan.

The final offer, including level and pay, will be determined based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s relevant job and industry experience, education, knowledge, skills, geographic location, and abilities. What You’ll Do:
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards across Manufacturing and Packaging areas
- Verify production control records are complete and accurate
- Confirm that all Laboratory Services release testing meets bulk and finished product specifications
- Execute or coordinate resolutions for excursions identified during batch review
- Issue and review logbooks and notebooks
- Compile, organize, and review documentation from customers, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Laboratories
- Ensure adherence to customer release requirements
- Update and maintain both paper and electronic records
- File and archive documentation appropriately
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- QA Associate I: 0–2 years of Quality Control/Assurance experience in a related field with LIMS experience
- Comply with all cGMP standards, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently or in teams
- Ability to perform basic math and read/inspect batch codes accurately
- Familiarity with balances, torque meters, vacuum/seal strength testers, and related equipment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and responsibilities
- Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for extended periods (up to 80% of shift), walk throughout the facility, bend/kneel, and verify components
